I cannot connect the WF-1000XM4 with the Sony | Headphones Connect app

The Headphones Connect app does not detect the headphones.

    When you try to connect your WF-1000XM4 headphones to any device using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, the app version should be Version 8.0.0 or later. If it is not, update the Sony | Headphones Connect app to the latest version and try the setup again.

    If the issue is still not resolved, follow these steps:

    1. Restart the mobile device.
    2. Place the headphones into the charging case, close the lid, and after a few seconds remove them again.
    3. Reset the headphones.
    4. Initialize the headphones.
