    I cannot select Copy to copy movies recorded in XAVC S format from the camera onto a connected external media device.

    The direct copy function can be used for movies recorded in XAVC S if the camera’s software is updated to the latest version.

    If you copy the movies recorded in XAVC S, use recording media which is formatted in NTFS.
