    Creators' App cannot connect to the camera.

    Check the following items, in the order shown.

    1. Confirm that your camera is supported by Creators' App.
      Supported cameras
    2. Perform one of the following operations.
      • When turning on the camera for the first time after purchase (state in which initial settings have not been configured)
      • When transitioning from Imaging Edge Mobile to Creators' App by means of a camera system software update
      • Other cases

    If the problem is not resolved, proceed with the following.

    1. What is displayed on the camera and smartphone?
      • The message [Bluetooth connection with the camera could not be established.] is displayed on the smartphone.
      • The message [Bluetooth connection with the camera has been discontinued.] is displayed on the smartphone.
      • The message [Unpair on both the camera and your smartphone, and then reconnect.] is displayed on the smartphone.
      • The message [The device is already connected to a smartphone.] is displayed on the camera.
      • A message on the camera indicates that it is connected, but a message on the smartphone indicates that connection has failed.
      • The message [Could not establish Wi-Fi connection with your camera.] is displayed on the smartphone.
      • The message [Could not switch the smartphone's Wi-Fi network to the camera.] is displayed on the smartphone.
