Sony Malaysia Gift Redemption Information

To be eligible for the Touch 'n Go (TNG) and other free gift redemption, you are required to:

1. Register your purchased product that is eligible for the redemption in https://mysony.sony-asia.com/my/home/registerproduct
2. Please consent to our email marketing news to be able to receive your Touch 'n Go Reload pins from us
3. Upload your purchase receipt upon registering your products in My Sony Rewards
4. Update your shipping address & your mobile phone no. for your free gift delivery. 

You may login to https://mysony.sony-asia.com/my/home/mysonyrewards to make the updates/changes to your profile, address and marketing consent.

• Select Manage Profile to update your mobile phone number and consent to email marketing news.
• Select Manage Shipping Addresses to add/update your address.

Once completed, the redemption email will be sent to you within 90 days from the warranty registration date, and the free gift will be delivered to your registered shipping address.

To avoid any delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is updated in your My Sony account. Please check the email from "My Sony Team" in all folders.
