There are several environmental factors that can reduce the maximum range between a Sony Wi-Fi compatible camera and a mobile device using Imaging Edge Mobile (PlayMemories Mobile successor). Given ideal environmental conditions, the recommended maximum distance a camera can be connected to a mobile device is less than 5 meters or 16 feet.
NOTES:
- The connection distance is just a guideline, and varies depending on the model.
