If you cannot connect speakers using the Party Chain function, check the following:
- Make sure your speaker supports Party Chain. Devices that support Party Connect or Wireless Party Chain cannot be connected to devices that support Party Chain.
For information about devices that support Party Connect, visit the following website: https://www.sony.net/partychain/ - Update the software on all speakers to the latest version. For update instructions, refer to the Help Guide or the support website for each speaker.
- Place the speakers within 1 m (3.2 ft) of each other.
- If the Party Chain indicator on the speaker does not light up, the Party Connection has not been established. Perform the Party Chain connection procedure again. For details, refer to the Help Guide for each speaker.
