This is a standard Android™ OS recovery mode screen, and its operation differs from the normal TV menu. As indicated on the screen (Use volume up/down and power.), operate using the following button of the TV remote. The layout, color, and shape of the remote control buttons vary depending on the TV model. The following are examples.
Cursor movement
Use Volume +/- buttons (or up/down buttons)
Confirm (execute)
Use Power button (either the remote's power button or the power button on the TV unit)
Notes:
- The Android Recovery screen is triggered by critical data corruption, but the exact cause of that data corruption is not known.
- This issue is believed to occur very rarely during a software update.
