How do I add additional panes to my Home screen? (Android 11 or higher)

Solution

To add a pane to your Xperia Home screen

1. From the Home screen or Application screen, touch and hold any item that you want to add to the new pane. 
2. Drag the item to the very right side of the display. An additional pane will automatically appear.
3. Continue to drag the item to the right and drop it in the additional pane.
