Why do the video images disappear while outputting videos to a television?

Question

The video images disappear while outputting videos to a television.

Answer

The possibilities are that outputting videos to a television has stopped as the Screen Off Timer functioned.

Please set the Screen Off Timer to OFF with the following steps:
From the Home menu, select Settings > Common Settings > Screen Off Timer > OFF.
