Sony’s New High-Definition BRAVIA V-series Televisions Boast High Picture Quality with Convenient Features
The latest line-up of BRAVIA V-series, KLV-46V300A, KLV-40V300A, KLV-32V300A and KLV-26V300A ranging from 46” to 26” deliver new enhancements to the high-definition picture quality in greater contrast and richer colour quality. Powered by Sony’s BRAVIA engine, this unique digital picture enhancement engine leverages on Sony’s advanced algorithms to portray sharp and crystal clear pictures. Sony also introduces the Live Colour Creation technology in the new 46” to 26”
BRAVIA-series to faithfully reproduce vibrant and natural colours to display a wider colour range for a realistic viewing experience. With the new Advanced Contrast Enhancer which enables real-time image processing and optimization of backlight levels, the BRAVIA V-series displays fine details even in dim lighting by reproducing finer lines of graduation. For the first time, the new BRAVIA V-series utilises the new 10-bit panel in 46” and 40” BRAVIA V-series to reproduce smooth colour gradation with more shades of colour, achieved with Live Colour Creation technology.

To complete the dynamic home theatre audio experience for movie enthusiasts at home, the new BRAVIA V-series is equipped with the S-force front surround system to deliver amazing virtual surround sound with just 2 built-in television speakers. Collaborating with Sony Pictures for the first time, the Cinema Mode is developed to retain the sense of film in its original production by boasting colours in dark areas of the movie and also retain a certain level of “film grain” similar to watching the movie in the cinemas.
The new BRAVIA V-series provides convenient connections to Sony’s home theatre devices known as the “BRAVIA Theatre Sync” to manage a central control with its one-push feature to play, do the settings and shut down the home theatre system. Through the HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) control capabilities, Sony’s home devices sync with one another for intuitive operation without fiddling of multiple remote controls and leaving the comfort of one’s seat. For even greater convenience, the 1 tuner Picture and Picture (PAP) allows the viewer to watch 2 programs concurrently including television channel and DVD movie.
