We also appreciate your feedback regarding the limited 4K and 8K content available to playback. Unfortunately, the BRAVIA XR Z9J TV does not support 8K streaming via built-in applications. Streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video provide a huge amount of supported content for 4K and HDR. We are sorry to learn you are experiencing display issues with your unit after a few months of use. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. If you get a TV with that much clouding or uneven brightness, this is related to a normal technological variance inherent to all LCD/LED TVs.
