How do I create a PIN for your Account in Windows 8?

A PIN is a quick, convenient way to sign in to your PC by using a 4-digit code.

1. Launch Charms by placing the cursor to the top right hand or bottom left hand corner.
   • Note: Shortcut to Charms is <Windows> key + C. 
2. Select Settings.
    
3. Select PC settings.
    
4. Select Users.
    
5. Select Create a PIN.
    
6. Input the current password and select OK.
    
7. Input the desired 4 digit pin within the Enter PIN box.
    
8. Re-enter the 4 digit pin within the Confirm PIN box.
9. Select Finish.
