To resolve this issue, delete the registered Internet video device from the Devices list on the Android device and then re-register it.
NOTE: The following is an example of operation.
- From the applications menu of the Android device, open the Video & TV SideView app.
- Tap or select the Devices icon.
- Tap or select the device you want to delete.
- Select Delete and select Ok to confirm.
- Re-register the device .
