About saving non English characters (like Traditional Chinese) in the LRC file.

Answer

Yes. You can save Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai characters in a LRC file.

Notes on creating LRC files for playback on the player

  • The text encoding of LRC files must be UTF-8.

  • An LRC file must have the same file name as the audio file, with extension “.lrc”. Otherwise, the player cannot recognize the LRC file.

  • The maximum size of LRC files is 512 KB.
