Question

How to troubleshoot when the picture has no color or appears black and white.

Answer

If the picture has no color or appear as black and white only, please reset the picture setting. To reset picture setting please follow the items below:

Press MENU button on your remote.
Press to select Settings, then press .
Press to select Picture Menu, then press .
Press to select Reset, then press to reset all the Picture Settings except Picture Mode and Display Mode to the factory settings.
