Question

Duration of movie recording using the supplied battery.

Answer

The following is the approximate movie recording time when using the supplied NP-BK1 battery pack.
  •  Movie recording time (*1): Approx. 90 minutes

The length/size of one movie is limited up to approximately 29 minutes or 2GB
If it reaches the limit, the recording will automatically stop. If you want to continue recording, please press the shutter button again.

(*1): This is a rough standard of the recording time when recording movies in 1280×720 (fine) format continuously at a temperature of 25 degrees C using the fully charged battery.

Note:
Battery performance varies depending on the ambient temperature. When the temperature is extremely low, the actual recording time may be shorter than indicated. In this case, it is recommended to put the battery in your pocket to warm it up, and insert it in your camera right before you start recording.
