Question

Transfer a video file to the portable player that is not in the Memory Stick Video (MP4) file format.

Answer

To play back a video file on the portable player, the file must meet the specified requirements, such as resolution and frame rate and be in an MP4 (.mp4,.m4v) video file format that is compatible with the portable player. If the file you would like to play does not meet these requirements or is not in this format, video conversion software will be required to convert the file into the appropriate format.
