Why is the video not played back correctly after transferring it to the device?

Question

Video transferred to the device does not playback correctly.

Answer

Note: This solution is applicable only if you are transfering the Video with Media Manager PRO version.

 

Not all MP4 video files will play on the device. When this symptom occurs, change the video setting to always encode video as MP4. With this setting selected, Media Manager PRO will convert the video to a format that the device can play.
